LoGiK Services Ltd offer a complete planned maintenance service for all electrical systems, ranging from comprehensive periodic electrical inspection complying to BS7671 and portable appliance testing in accordance with the Electricity at Work Act 1989 to fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance in accordance with BS5839 and BS5266 respectively.

Quotations for planned maintenance of buildings are arranged by combining programmed maintenance to minimise on travelling time and expenditure therefore reducing the overall annual cost for the servicing of the building. We have found from experience that this provisional planning of visits proves to be the most cost-effective method of complying with both statutory and non-statutory requirements.

Summary of the services we offer

• Fire Alarms (BS5839) - Weekly, quarterly or annual fire alarm testing including fire drills and audibility tests
• Emergency Lighting (BS5226) - Monthly, six-monthly and annual emergency lighting tests.
• Electrical Inspection(BS7671) - Periodic inspection and testing of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations.
• Portable Appliance Testing Annual testing of portable appliances.

All maintenance contracts are issued with relevant documentation including certification and log book recording.
