The company will:

  • Actively strive to further environmental resource conservation by exercising best management and operational practice.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Acts and associated statutory instruments as a minimum standard for performance in all countries in which it operates.
  • Develop management systems to ensure that environmental factors are included in the balance of all our decision making.
  • Liaise with our clients on potential environmental issues and work with them to address concerns.
  • Control polluting emissions to air, water or land and any effluents which may cause environmental damage.
  • Control noise, dust, smell, vibration, traffic movement or other nuisance or environmental effects which may cause offence to the local community or environment.
  • Conserve energy through minimising consumption and maximising efficiency.
  • Control and minimise the use of materials which may be harmful to the
    environment.
  • Manage materials so as to minimise the production of waste.
  • Implement waste management practises that meet the requirements of the ‘Duty of Care’.
  • Develop procedures and where relevant, set performance targets.
  • Utilise design which considers the environment.
  • Undertake Environmental Awareness training for all employees. It is the responsibility of line management and employees to implement this policy and any rules or procedures which may be introduced.
