OrganisationThe Health and Safety organisation of the Company encompasses all members and all personnel have a responsibility under the Health and Safety Structure. The Health Planning and ImplementationThe implementation of the policy commences with the induction training that is received by all employees prior to their commencement of work. Training considerations are treated as an ongoing topic. A risk assessment for each specific site is completed by the Project Manager, Site Supervisor and reviewed by the Health and Safety Manager. Safety ProfileThe Health and Safety Manager has an ongoing programme and site based visits are organised. Each site has a pre contract start meeting involving the Project Manager, Site Supervisor and a member of the Health and Safety department to ascertain the necessary risk assessments and method statements. The site is visited within the first two weeks of commencement and then within each month following the initial visit. All aspects of site safety are inspected. Review and AuditThe Health and Safety Policy is reviewed at least once a year, although a constant review procedure is in place in order to incorporate new legislation, Supervisor control methods, up to date practices as they unfold. All Health and Safety procedures are audited on an annual basis and externally on a yearly basis by the Health and Safety Consultant.
